Previous Labwork

 

Because naturopathic doctors are not part of the public system, we do not have access to the testing that your medical doctor(s) have run previously. However, testing is important part of our assessment and knowing what has been tested previously can change your treatment plan. Therefore, if possible, please bring in copies of any bloodwork, imaging (eg X-ray, MRI, or ultrasound reports), or other testing that has been done by previous medical or naturopathic doctors to your initial consultation.

 

You can sign up online via Alberta Health Services for access to many of your health records at MyHealth Records. Once you have access, please download and bring a copy of the last 12 months of lab results for your naturopathic doctor to review in your visit. Please note, the process to sign up can take more than 1 week.
